Andrew M. Lovett Age 53, Born in Toronto, Ontario Canada: Director of several mining operations both in the USA and Africa, business entrepreneur for more than 30 years.
Andrew's business experience started at the age of 22 when he operated his first company AML enterprises Inc., AML was a marketing and advertising firm which he grew to more than 1,200 employees and 11 offices in the state of California, where he grew up.
After selling the company in 1987, Andrew began his life journey into the Mining industry working on several domestic operations in the deserts of California and Nevada. Running and operating heavy equipment and working with complex mining ores to recover Gold, Platinum and other precious and base metals, lead to opening a refinery in Long Beach California.
After several years of work, Mining and Refining ores for his company and others, lead Andrew to seek opportunity in West Africa. Traveling to Sierra Leone to Mine for Gold was the direction of the company, however after establishing a company in Sierra Leone, West Africa. Andrew began mining and buying rough Diamonds in Country. This proved to be a very good direction for the company. Early success was found in Sierra, only to be short lived with the civil war escalating and not wanting to be a part of the conflict, he left Sierra in 1994. Returning back to Guinea, West Africa in 1998 and re-establishing the Company back into mining, buying and exporting of rough diamonds.
Success was again found and Andrew became the largest exporter of rough diamonds from Guinea, West Africa with more than 185,000 carats in 1999. In 2000 Andrew started a jewelry manufacturing and diamond cutting facility in south Florida, Fynex Inc. completing a fully integrated company from Mine to Market.
Continuing operations in Guinea till 2004, when the war was ending in Sierra Leone, Andrew returned in 2006 and again re-established operations in Sierra Leone and opened a wholesale diamond office in Antwerp, Belgium where the company operated till the end of 2014.
During this time, in June of 2011 Andrew listed the company publicly on the Open Exchange in Frankfurt, and again in 2013 on the OTC Market in the USA.
Currently, Andrew directs and overseas the company projects in Utah and Nevada.
